An 8-Week Structured Foundational Container
For those new to Reiki, we begin with a structured series of four sessions scheduled within a shorter window (typically over several weeks, depending on availability). This rhythm is designed to initiate momentum and allow the body and nervous system to acclimate to the flow of Reiki.
Physical and emotional stress patterns develop gradually over time. Meaningful shifts are best supported through rhythm rather than a single session as consistency allows the body and mind to respond more fully to the work.
During the first session, the system is simply becoming familiar with the experience. By the second session, the body often relaxes more deeply and begins to receive energy with greater openness. The third and fourth sessions typically deepen integration and support the healing response we aim to cultivate.
This series allows momentum to build gradually, creating steadier, more noticeable change.

A recurring membership designed for nervous system support, energetic maintenance, and consistent care. Ideal for clients who want Reiki woven into their monthly wellness rhythm & spiritual hygiene practice.

Distance Reiki Treatment
30-Minute Virtual Remote Session
Distance Reiki sessions are available for both local and non-local clients seeking remote energy healing support. Sessions are conducted via live video call, with preparation details provided upon booking.
At the scheduled time, clients should be in a quiet space where they can sit or lie down comfortably to receive the session. Please do not plan to drive or engage in other activities during the treatment. If needed, sessions may be scheduled for a later time to accommodate your availability.
Distance Reiki offers the same focused energetic support as in-studio sessions, allowing for nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and energetic recalibration from wherever you are.
Each session includes a short in-take to understand your needs, a full treatment experience, and an out-take conversation with post-care guidance to help you maintain your energetic balance.
