Reiki & Yin Yoga with Inner Kaur Yoga

Join us for a calming morning experience designed to regulate the nervous system and prepare the body to receive. This gentle practice combines slow, supported Yin Yoga with Reiki energy healing to support deep rest, emotional balance, and embodied clarity.

This session is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your sense of self-worth through intentional rest. Rather than pushing or releasing, we focus on grounding first—because regulation comes before transformation.

What to Expect

  • Slow, supported Yin Yoga

  • Reiki energy healing throughout the practice

  • Time for rest, integration, and reflection

Two Sessions Available (90 minutes each)

  • Morning Session: 9:00–10:30am

  • Mid-day Session: 11:00am–12:30pm

Provided: Yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, and tea
Optional: Eye mask, socks, journal

All levels are welcome. Come as you are and allow the body to settle, restore, and prepare for the illumination.
