Ground & Grow is a 90-minute, small-group experience designed to regulate your nervous system, activate willpower, and clarify what you’re building next.

This is where woo meets do.

We begin with activating breathwork and mantra to energize the body and focus the mind. You’ll then move into guided growth mapping — defining your direction for the months ahead. The experience closes with immersive gong sound and Reiki woven throughout to anchor intention, clear resistance, and strengthen forward momentum.

Warm Ayurvedic golden milk will be served for integration.
