Join us at LA Reiki Center for Heart Awakening, a 90-minute heart-centered experience designed to soften the nervous system, reconnect you with your emotional wisdom, and open space for deeper presence.

Through breathwork, sound, ceremonial cacao, and Reiki, we create a supportive environment where the heart can relax, release, and realign.

As we close Women’s History Month, this gathering honors the wisdom of the feminine — intuition, compassion, and emotional intelligence — qualities that live within all of us.

What to Expect

We begin with warm ceremonial cacao to open the heart, set intention, and arrive fully into the experience.

Activate — Breath & Sound
Heart-opening breathwork and gentle sound help calm the nervous system and bring the body into deeper presence.
